Dogs & Cats Welcome
Up to 2 pets per home are welcome. The Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second pet.;; Up to 2 pets per home are welcome. The Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second pet. The weight limit is 60 lbs per pet in 1st floor apartments. Dogs in 2nd-4th floor apartments must not exceed 30 lbs per pet.
